A fuel pump motor driving apparatus is provided to improve durability of elements by applying a P-channel MOSFET to a high side of a three-phase full bridge circuit and an N-channel MOSFET to a low side of the three-phase full bridge circuit. A fuel pump motor driving apparatus comprises a control unit, a motor controller(43), and a motor driving unit(41). The control unit receives speed data of a fuel pump motor(30) from an ECU(25), compares the received speed data with present speed data of the motor, and outputs increased or decreased speed data. The motor controller mixes a motor switching signal for rotating the motor and speed data output from the control unit, and outputs a driving control signal. The motor driving unit rotates the motor by switching power applied from a power unit(20) in accordance with the driving control signal output from the motor controller.
