Apparatus has a closing unit (14) inserted inside a receiving unit (2) which receives a bulb, where the receiving unit is integrated with a connection unit (5) across a joining unit and is presented in the form of screw or bayonet lamp-holders (7). The connection unit is connected with the lamp-holders connected to an electrical network and is presented in the form of a screw or bayonet cap (6). The joining unit has an internal electrical circuit supplying power to the receiving unit of the bulb.
