An interlayer floor structure constructed using an eco-friendly composite and an eco-friendly prefabricated panel is provided to form residential environment and office environment to be beneficial to health by manufacturing a composite and a prefabricated panel using eco-friendly materials. An eco-friendly composite comprises: an inorganic binder made of liquefied sodium silicates, sodium silicate cement or incomplete gelled sodium silicate; an organic binder made of an organic binder such as acryl-based aqueous emulsion, vinyl acetate-based aqueous emulsion, epoxy-based aqueous emulsion, urethane-based aqueous emulsion, starch paste, rice paste, glue or seaweed paste; inorganic aggregate made of perlite foam particles, vermiculite foam particles, obsidian foam particles, amphibole foam particles or feldspar foam particles; organic aggregate made of crushed pulp, crushed timber or wood fiber; and inorganic materials which are composed of water and single or a compound of yellow soil powder, paper clay powder, Kaolin powder, plaster and lime powder. An eco-friendly prefabricated panel is manufactured by filling up a mold with the eco-friendly composite, applying pressure of 10 kg/m^2 and heating at 700~1000‹C and drying/hardening to have a thickness of 40~70 millimeters by drying up at a fixed temperature for 2~3 hours or irradiating microwaves of about 700~1000‹C for 3~5 minutes. An interlayer floor structure constructed using the eco-friendly composite or the eco-friendly prefabricated panels comprises a floor finishing member placed on a finishing mortar layer, a finishing mortar layer placed to smooth the bottom after laying a heating device, a pipe type heating device or a flat board type heating device installed on the top of a lightweight concrete layer, a lightweight concrete layer formed on the top of a soundproof layer for insulation, a soundproof layer formed on the top of a floor slab layer to reduce interlayer noise, and a floor slab layer installed to partition off a floor. |
