PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerobic exercise apparatus having a structure which can improve the blood circulation and strengthen the cardiopulmonary function by the fat burning as original purpose for the aerobic exercise, and moreover, achieve the promotion of health and a reduction in fat by accomplishing a decrease in active oxygen or the like to match the bodily sense of the motion of an exercising person himself. SOLUTION: The aerobic exercising apparatus 1 consumes kinematic energy of a human body using a moving body 6 driven by a drive source. The apparatus is provided with a control part 100 which makes a switch to a stationary motion state keeping the speed of the moving body at the standard level immediately when a signal from a first mode switch 5D operated by the exercising person is inputted in the process of performing the preset warming up mode.
