PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biofilm evaluation method capable of determining biofilm-forming microbes in a general life environment such as a kitchen or a washstand. SOLUTION: Microbe suspension is added to a biofilm carrier stored in a sterilization dish, and a fluorescent dye is added so as to cover the surface of the biofilm carrier, and then a biofilm formation amount on the surface of the biofilm carrier is measured by using a confocal laser scanning fluorescence microscope system, to thereby evaluate slime generation.
