A personal portable terminal is provided to enable a slide hinge part to be integratedly assembled in a rail receiving part, thereby reducing a thickness of the personal portable terminal and reducing production costs by simplifying a manufacturing process and product assembly, and an error rate of a product. A first terminal body(110) includes a first upper case(112), a first lower case(114) formed corresponding to the first upper case(112), a rail receiving part(116) integratedly formed in the lower side of the first lower case(114), and two or more guide bars(118) of which both ends are fixed in the rail receiving part(116). A slide hinge part(120) includes a guide frame including a fixed part and a through-hole formed in the center part corresponding to the guide bars(118), and a slide guide having a guide projection projected to the outside in the side part. The slide guide is injection-molded at the guide frame and is fixed at the guide frame by the fixed part. A guide rail(130) is mounted on the side part of the first lower case(114) and partially covers the guide projection. A second terminal body(140) includes a second upper case mounted in the slide hinge part(120), and a second lower case formed corresponding to the second upper case.
