摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp a locomotion state of tissue at a target part to diagnosis only by observing a display screen so as to quantitatively, highly precisely and quickly evaluate function deterioration or other abnormality in the tissue. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is provided with a velocity detecting means (an ultrasonic probe 12, an ultrasonic transmitting/receiving part 15, a phase detecting part 20, a filter part 21, a frequency analysis part 22, and a vector velocity operation part 23) to detect the velocity of locomotor tissue in a living body, a velocity distribution generating means (a DSC part 24 for TDI, and a frame memory 25 for TDI) to generate two-dimensional velocity distribution data for a tomographic face including the tissue based on the velocity of the locomotor tissue, an analysis means (an operation panel, a CPU 43, a graphic memory 46, a ROI display control part 45, and a velocity analysis part 26) to analyze a locomotion state of the tissue based on the velocity of a plurality of local parts in velocity distribution, and a display means (an image data synthesizing part 18k, a D/A converter 18A, and a display 19) to display the result of analysis of the locomotion state of the tissue analyzed by the analysis means.
