摘要 <p>Provided are a circuit board which is applied to a light emitting wheel accommodating a small-sized wheel generator which generates electricity using Faraday's Law of electromagnetic induction due to relative rotation between a permanent magnet and an armature coil. A light emitting diode (LED) connection circuit is designed on the circuit board in order to prevent light from being dimmed due to a forward voltage difference between LEDs so that LEDs are mounted on the circuit board in advance before the circuit board is fixedly connected with the hub assembly, and protruding power source connection pins formed on the circuit board are connected with armature coil lead wire connection pins which protrude outside of the hub assembly from an armature coil assembly which is installed in the light emitting wheel, after the circuit board has been fixed onto the hub assembly. The hub assembly includes the circuit board which is fixedly installed onto the outer circumference of the hub assembly having a built-in armature coil assembly. In the hub assembly, the circuit board is inserted and fixed into at least a part of the outer circumference of the hub assembly, at least a part of which has been removed from the hub assembly, and protruding power source connection pins formed on the circuit board are connected with armature coil lead wire connection pins which protrude outside of the hub assembly from an armature coil assembly. The hub assembly includes a transparent protective cap for protecting the circuit board and LEDs which protrude from the outer circumference of the hub assembly from an impact during exercise, and for allowing the light emitted from the LEDs to be transmitted through the transparent protective cap and from the respective surfaces of the hub assembly in all directions. In order to prevent light emitted from the LEDs whose forward voltages are relatively high from being dimmed due to a forward voltage difference between LEDs which are connected in parallel with each other, the LEDs are connected in series at an identical polar phase of alternating current (AC) power. Accordingly, difficulties in combination and selection of LEDs whose forward voltages are respectively different can be solved. Further, LEDs are assembled on the circuit board in advance and then the LED-mounted circuit board is assembled into the hub assembly, to thereby enable the LEDs to be assembled onto the circuit board using an automated process and facilitate the mass productivity of hub assemblies and light emitting wheels.</p>
