PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic carrier bag or a food container capable of solving the problem that storing a food packaged in a container, i.e., a food container in the plastic carrier bag after purchase and carrying the bag by hand cause the food container to be moved and inclined or toppled, the food in the container to be shifted to one side into a dumpling, and a juice of the food to flow out to spoil a long-awaited dish. SOLUTION: An adhesive member is provided in the plastic carrier bag, on a bottom part of a food container, or in the vicinity of the periphery of the food container, and the plastic carrier bag is adhered and fixed to the food container to prevent the movement of the food container in the plastic carrier bag.
