<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide curry roux having deliciousness superior to that taken in a restaurant, and rapidly cooked up in about 5 minutes. <P>SOLUTION: The curry roux is used as follows: putting water in a fry pan; putting a predetermined dose of seasoning and broken and beaten egg into the boiling water; mixing them so as to make the egg fit in the whole of the mixture; putting a desired amount of curry powder while the egg is in a half-boiled condition to mix the curry powder with the whole of the mixture; and boiling up the mixture to have a desired thickness as curry roux to cook them up: wherein the egg is slightly broken and beaten so as to make only the egg yolk broken and beaten while the white remains as it is. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
