<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate receiver which can receive a variety of substrates inexpensively at a narrow pitch. <P>SOLUTION: In the substrate receiver of an electronic component mounting device for receiving a substrate from the lower surface side, a pin module 21 for supporting the substrate or a component mounted on the lower surface side thereof by means of a pin member 22 is held by a tubular pin holder 25 having an outer tapered surface 25c and a vertical expanding slot 25a such that the pin member 22 can slide freely in the vertical direction. When the position of the pin member 22 is fixed in the vertical direction, a fastening plate 23a is elevated and a fastening portion 25b is fastened from the outside.
