PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily pack and at the same time to reduce a bag raw material for those persons who use lunches, daily dishes or the like with flat and large areas. SOLUTION: In a handbag-structured packaging bag, both side parts in the axial line direction of a cylindrical film are folded inward to form gussets 12 and 12, and both ends are cut and welded, and by cutting one end into a recess including valley parts 12a and 12a of the gusset, loop-shaped hanging parts 13 and 13 are formed on left and right ends to form an opening part 14 between them.
