<p>The panel (1) has upper and lower longitudinal hollow beams (5, 6) each comprising a rectangular pseudo trapezoidal profiled shape with a wing fixed by bonding to a central strip (2) towards the inside of the panel. The shapes of the beams of two neighbor panels are complementary to each other. The beams support hinges of two adjacent panels and leave a narrow space, in the vertical direction, which has a less depth in the horizontal direction between the panels. A portion of the upper beam forms the lower side of the space and is highly inclined. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a panel of a sectional garage door leaf.</p> |
