SYSTEM FOR PROTECTING TAG-RELATED INFORMATION AND METHOD THEREOF

A method for securing tag-related information and a tag-related information security system applying the same are provided to restrict a tag-related information inquiry by offering the tag-related information after an authentication procedure or offering the encoded tag-related information. A reader(200) requests the tag-related information of a read tag(100). A tag-related information providing server(300) provides the tag-related information requested from the reader after the authentication procedure. The tag-related information server includes a communicator receiving a tag-related information request from the reader, and a processor providing the requested tag-related information to the reader through the communicator after the authentication procedure if security is set to the requested tag-related information.
