Method of positioning the antennas of a data transmission system in an optimal sector

The invention pertains to a method of positioning antennas with sectorization in a data transmission system. Each antenna has several sectors and one sector per antenna is selected for transmission. The signals received from each antenna are combined. The method makes it possible to search, by successive approximations, for the sector of each antenna allowing optimal reception of the information. The search step is repetitive.
