A knee joint traction device having a knee joint separating tool is provided to allow normal and stable walking by controlling joint movement of a knee joint smoothly, to soften the pain and impact of a user during walking remarkably, to minimize the load on the knee joint, to prevent the problems such as progress of degenerative arthritis and deformation of a leg, and to promote growth. The knee joint traction device having knee joint separating tool comprises a femur fixation member(10) fastened on the femoral region of the user; a calf fixation member(30) fastened on the calf region of the user; a knee joint separating tool(100) between the femur fixation member(10) and the calf fixation member(30), which separates the space between the femoral bone and the cartilage of knee joint when the knee joint is stretched. The knee joint separating tool(100) includes: the first traction member(110); the second traction member(130); and a connecting member(150).
