Provided is a method for preparing the dried croaker(yellow corvina) seasoned with gochujang(Korean hot pepper paste) to reduce the drying time remarkably and to remove the fishy taste of a yellow corvina. The method comprises the steps of removing the scales of a yellow corvina, preserving it with the sun-dried salt where salt water is removed for 3 years or more, and washing it with water for several times; drying the washed one by circulating a sea wind whose humidity and temperature are maintained to be constant; completely removing the shell or fishbone of the dried one; tearing it by a size of 3-5 cm and drying it for about 24-48 hours; dipping the dried one in the green tea water; and mixing the yellow corvina with the seasoned gochujang(Korean hot pepper paste) and maturing it.
