<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor a cut-off of a breaker of a no-break power unit by a unidirection CATV system. SOLUTION: The no-break power unit 2 as a power feeding device is connected with a repeating transmission network 1 of the CATV system. When an abnormality like the cut-off of the breaker, etc., occurs in the non-break power unit 2, a fault is caused to broadcasting viewed by a receiver by outputting a fault signal to cause the fault to a broadcasting signal from a signal generation part 3 installed in the non-break power unit 2 to the repeating transmission network 1 and the abnormality is detected on the side of a center by the fault in the broadcasting by the non-break power unit 2.</p> |
