A METHOD FOR PREPARING PCR PREMIXTURES BY DRYING AT ROOM TEMPERATURE OR WARM TEMPERATURE

A method for preparing PCR premixtures by drying at room temperature or warm temperature is provided to reduce the costs and time for preparing PCR premixtures, preserve enzyme activity of polymerase, and remove centrifugation process. The method for preparing PCR premixtures comprises the steps of: introducing solution containing DNA polymerase, reaction buffer solution, dNTP(deoxy nucleotide tri-phosphate) and gel-loading buffer solution into tubes; and drying the tubes at room temperature or warm temperature of 50-60 deg. C, wherein the drying time is 1 hour at room temperature or 4 hours at 50-60 deg. C. A sequence analysis or disease diagnostic kit contains PCR premixtures dried at room temperature or warm temperature.
