FIELD: wood-working industry, applicable for length cutting of wood. ^ SUBSTANCE: the machine has saws-plates and a drive made in the form of two shafts rotating in opposite directions, connecting rods, driven cranks installed on the shafts by means of bearings, and drive cranks with connecting rods stretched on two shafts. The shafts are splined and the connecting rods are installed on them with the aid of catches, and the lateral pairs of the saws-plates are made in the form of strip cutters, the lateral pairs of the saws-plates are fixed with the aid of bearings in the extreme positioned inside a U-shaped body enveloping the shafts, the catches are made in the form of clamps with bolted joints enveloping the shaft, and the length of the clamps equals the thickness of the board to be sawn less the thickness of the connecting rod. An individual motor is installed on each shaft, besides, the driven cranks are installed on the ends of the strip cutters, and the driven cranks of the saws-plates are installed in additional connecting rods, slots are made in the main and additional connecting rods for placement of the ends of the saws-plates. ^ EFFECT: reduced cutting force. ^ 7 dwg |
