PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front-rear side integrated electroacoustic transducer wherein sounds outputted from both first and second electroacoustic transducers are not interfered with each other. SOLUTION: A speaker 1 is the electroacoustic transducer disclosed herein and formed by composing a speaker A1a as the first electroacoustic transducer with a speaker B1b as the second electroacoustic transducer in a front-rear side integrated way. Since ferromagnetism is applied to both a voice coil A10 of the speaker A1a and a voice coil B20 of the speaker B1b, the voice coil A10 and the voice coil B20 are attracted by a magnetic circuit by a magnetic force of the magnetic circuit of the speakers A1a, B1b so that diaphragms A8 and B9 respectively fixed are going to maintain the present positions. When the speaker B1b is driven, since the diaphragm A8 of the speaker A1a will not move even if movement thereof is tried, no sound is outputted from sounding holes of the speaker A1a to the outside of a housing 71.
