MICROPHONE SYSTEM

There is provided a microphone system capable of identifying a direction of a target audio source with a simple configuration and confirming what kind of audio is generated by the target audio source by an auditory sense. The system includes: a microphone probe (12) having a set of 6 microphones (M1 to M6) arranged on each of xyz axes; and a calculation processing device (18) for identifying the direction of the target audio source from the sound pressure data measured in the microphones (M1 to M6) and selectively collecting audio from the direction of the target audio source by using the microphone probe (12). Thus, it is possible to check what kind of audio is generated from the target audio source by the auditory sense without requiring installation of a zoom microphone. This simplifies the device configuration, facilitates carrying of the device, and improves the accuracy of the selective audio collection and work efficiency.
