PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker improved in safety by lowering an exhaust temperature with simple constitution. SOLUTION: The cooker comprises a steam generator 4 for generating steam, a steam superheater 5 raising the temperature of steam from the steam generator 4, and a heating chamber 1 for heating a heated object with steam supplied from the steam superheater 5. A heat exchanging part 20 exchanges heat between exhaust air exhausted outside through an exhaust port 10 provided at the heating chamber 1, and water supplied to the steam generator 4.
