PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device, an information processor and an authentication method for the information processor, not allowing release of user authentication even in a state that a user carries an authenticating non-contact card with one while using the image forming device, in the image forming device requiring the user authentication. SOLUTION: This information processor having an authentication part 104 authenticating whether the user is a user performed with user registration or not on the basis of user identification information has a reception part 101 receiving first user identification information, and continues processing on the basis of second user identification information received by the reception part 101 after the authentication of the user by the authentication part 104.
