PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-car handrail of an elevator which can be easily mounted on a car chamber. SOLUTION: A car outside fixing member 8 to be fastened to a handrail body across a car chamber wall 1 of a car chamber of an elevator is passed through a wall hole 22 in a folded state from the inside to the outside of the car chamber. When a wing board 18 is completely outside the car chamber, the car outside fixing member 8 is turned via an operation tool 19 to expand the car outside fixing member 8. In this case, the position of a fixing nut part 18a is matched with the position of a wall side screw passing hole 23, a screw is attached to the fixing nut part 18a through the handrail body and the wall side screw passing hole 23 to fix the handrail body and the car outside fixing member 8 to the car chamber wall 1.
