A power generating device is composed of a large gear integrally combined with a small gear(4). The small gear is geared with a part gear, and the large gear is geared with a plane gear on a weight coupling handle. The large gear lifts up the weight coupling handle with the load of weights(1,8). The small and large gears and the elevation of the weight coupling handle are stopped at the ended point of the part gear, and the load having as large diameter as the elevation guides the machine frame to be rotated.
