PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout mounting device prevented from being complicated in its pouch grasping mechanism. SOLUTION: The spout mounting device is equipped with a pouch supply part for supplying a pouch P to a pouch supply positionα, a spout supply part 3 for supplying a spout S to a spout supply positionβ, a pouch feed part 4 for successively feeding the pouch P, which is supplied to the pouch supply positionα, from a pouch preparatorily opening positionγto a cooling position, a spout inserting part 5 for inserting the spout S in the pouch P at a spout inserting positionδ, a spout feed part 6 for feeding the spout S, which is inserted in the pouch P, to a first sealing positionεfrom the spout inserting positionδ, a spout mounting part for mounting the spout S, which is inserted in the pouch P, on the pouch P, a container send-out part for supplying a pouch container, wherein the spout S is mounted on the pouch P, to a container send-out position and a container feed-out part for feeding the pouch container sent out to the container send-out position. The pouch feed part 4 has a belt feed mechanism 35 constituted so as to grasp the position separated by 40 mm or above from the spout mounting edge of the pouch P by a feed belt 38 to feed the pouch P.
