PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning system, etc. which can provide a transmission timing correction value of a signal from a communication base station which is possible to reduce positioning calculation error by a positioning terminal without need to perform a large system change of the communication base station. SOLUTION: The communication base station 20 is provided with a signal transmission means which transmits a base station timing signal TS1 and a communication signal CS1, a terminal device 40 is provided with a total delay information creation means, etc. which creates total delay information showing total delay dt which is a timing excess of the base station timing signal TS1 and a standard timing signal TS2, and an information providing device 60 is provided with a distance information creation means which creates distance information showing a distance L between a present position of the terminal device 40 and a position of the communication base station 20, a transmission delay information creation means which creates transmission delay information showing transmission delay time dt3 which is necessary to transmit the communication signal CS1 through the distance L, and a device instinctive delay information creation device which creates device instinctive delay information showing delay other than the transmission delay time dt3, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
