<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate, the need for a monitoring staff when a conduit rod is reeled off from a reel and used, to improve durability by almost eliminating the wear and fatigue of a component, to obtain a constant stable braking force, and to alleviate an operation force for winding the conductive wire rod to an empty reel. <P>SOLUTION: This conduit rod control device is constituted such that: the columnar conduit rod 20 that is to be restored to a straight state by strong elasticity is accommodated while the conduit rod is wound to the reel against the elasticity, and the conduit rod 20 when being reeled off from the accommodated state is regulated in naturally being sent out while rotating the reel by the elasticity. A braking member 30 into which the conduit rod 20 can be inserted for a reel support body that rotatably supports the reel is arranged.
