PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent for an electronic part, excellent in non-corrosive properties to aluminum, etc. SOLUTION: This detergent for the electronic part contains an alkylene oxide adduct (A) of an amino compound, wherein a content of alkali metal atoms (B) in the adduct (A) is not more than 1 ppm in weight. The adduct (A) especially preferably comprises an alkylene oxide adduct expressed by general formula (1) (R is a 1-24C hydrocarbon group, a 2-4C hydroxy-terminated alkyl or H; A is a 2-12C alkylene; and m and n are each 0 or an integer of 1 to 10, provided that m+n is an integer of 1 to 20).
