PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of functional corrugated paper which can preserve various kinds of farm and marine products put in a box fresh for a long time and can avoid smell from a doghouse made of the corrugated paper. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of corrugated paper comprises: the step of crushing minerals such as chlorite, serpentine, tourmaline or the like into coarse particles and eliminating the impurities before charging the coarse particles into a drying furnace and heating at 400-500°C to fully dry; the step of pulverizing the dried minerals finely; a step of obtaining an adhesive by blending uniformly in water and agitating 91-95 wt.% polysol of a gel, 2-4 wt.% chlorite powder, 1-3 wt.% serpentine powder, 0.8-1.2 wt.% tourmaline powder and 0.8-1.2 wt.% citric acid; the step of interposing a corrugating medium between a top paper board and down paper board on which the adhesive is applied and passing the paper boards and the corrugating medium between joining rollers for adhesion; and the step of drying the adhered corrugated paper.
