Sealing mass for building constructions, preferably balconies, comprises a first component (3-10 wt.%) of an aqueous plastic dispersion of carboxylated butadiene styrol copolymer with a solid content of 20-75 wt.% and a second component (30-100 wt.%) in the form of aqueous dispersion containing hydrophilic and aliphatic polyisocyanate of hexamethylene-1,6-diisocyanate. An independent claim is included for building surface, preferably balconies and terraces comprising hardened sealing mass with strength of 1.5-3 nm.
