摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative discharging device capable of discharging a specified amount of a viscous liquid stably because the flow rate direction is controlled by arranging a check valve consisting of a stopper, a spring and a ball in the nozzle and the cylinder piston. SOLUTION: A material in a solid state is charged from a material charging inlet 28 and put in a material separation basket 23. The material is filtered by the basket 23 and stored in a molten state in a tank 25 preheated to the melting point of the material. The stored material is made to flow within a cylinder tank 26 through operation of a cylinder piston 24 and discharged in a specified amount.
