<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact-type seal bearing which is high in water-proofness and dust-proofness and capable of increasing an allowable rotational frequency compared with the conventional contact-type seal bearing. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of rolling elements 14 are provided between an inner ring 12 and an outer ring 13 so as to be rollable while being held at prescribed intervals by a retainer 15 in the contact-type seal bearing 11. The retainer 15 is formed into a constitution in which a pair of annular bodies 15a capable of sandwitching the rolling element 14 from both sides in the axial direction of the contact-type seal bearing 11 is connected by a rivet 16. A seal member 17 is fixed to the inner ring 12 between the inner ring 12 and the annular body 15a so as to be relatively rotatable with the retainer 15.
