PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sludge pipe from increasing the bulk outside a main pipe by eliminating the necessity of extending a sewage pipe, and improve the decomposition capacity of sewage by surely supplying sludge to sewage in the main pipe even when the sewage is apart from a position where the sludge pipe is inserted. SOLUTION: In the inside of the main pipe 14 through which the sewage passes, a plurality of gates 36 are installed parallel to each other along the lengthwise direction of the main pipe 14, and the sludge pipes 22, 23, 24, 25, 31, 32, 33, 34 are inserted through the main pipe 14 from outside of the main pipe 14 so as to extend along the lengthwise direction of the main pipe 14. The sludge pipes 22-25, 31-34 are equipped with sludge supply ports 22a, 23a, 24a, 25a, 31a, 32a, 33a, 34a capable of supplying treated sludge 7, 11 to the sewage each in a treatment chamber 38 between the gates 36 in the main pipe 14.
