SIMPLE COLOR PROOFING DEVICE AND METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple color proofing device that eliminates decrease in visual agreement due to difference in paper white or material of a print paper or difference in medium material such as a screen for projection and that presents an observer a print image like a printed image on a print paper by projecting an image onto a print paper by an image projecting means without printing on the print paper. SOLUTION: The simple color proofing device includes an image projecting means to project a print image with simulated final print colors and a print paper onto which a print image output from the image projecting means is projected. The image projecting means and the print paper are placed in an observation box shielding against external light. A simple color proofing method is provided in which a print image having simulated final print colors is projected onto a print paper by the image projecting means to correct colors.
