PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to move a tool element, for example a head and a nut of a bolt, in the axial direction without rotating itself and a power tool to move it. SOLUTION: Screws with polygonal heads are respectively rotated in the same direction by a transmission means furnished with a first engaging means to rotate in one direction by being engaged with both of a working driving part to rotate in one direction and a reaction driving means to rotate in the opposite direction by screwing a plurality of the screws with the polygonal heads with intervals in the circumferential direction of the tool element and a second engaging means to transmit rotation of the first engaging means to the screws by being engaged with the polygonal heads of the screws.
