A laser patterning apparatus for manufacturing OLED and a method thereof are provided to manufacture an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display) with an organic light emitting layer on a surface of a substrate through a laser thermal transfer technique. A laser patterning apparatus includes a laser oscillating unit(10) generating a laser beam, an optical fiber cable(20) converting energy distribution of the laser beam into uniform energy distribution, and an optical unit(30) patterning an organic light emitting layer on a surface of a substrate by using multiple divided laser beams. The optical unit has a beam expander(32) expanding the laser beam, and a lattice-type arrange lens(34) dividing the laser beam at multiple levels. |
