FABRICATING METHOD FOR METALLIC KEY AND METALLIC KEY PAD

A method for manufacturing a metallic key and a metallic keypad is provided to reduce an error rate by performing a hair line forming process before performing a key separation line and symbol forming process. A metallic board including at least two cells is provided(S10). A hair line is formed on at least a portion of the metallic board(S20). A key separation line and a symbol are formed on the respective cells(S30). The metallic board is surface-treated(S40). Then, the metallic board is inspected(S50). The hair line is formed by using a spin-manipulation process or a laser manipulation process. A thickness of the metallic board is between 0.1 and 0.3 mm. The key separation line and the symbol are formed by using an etching process or a blanking process.
