A binder machine is provided to improve a product efficiency, reduce labor costs, and improve a quality of the product by performing a manufacturing process of a binder by one mechanism. The binder machine includes a rotary operating device(20) rotationally moving intermittently while vertically moving a binder cover, and plural processing devices. The processing devices comprise: a cover supplying device(41) for supplying the cover to the rotary operating device; a cover punching device(51) for forming a finger hole, a fastener protrusion hole, and fastener fixing hole; a protective ring connecting device(61) for fixing rings to the holes; a vinyl cover attaching device(71) for attaching an index protective vinyl cover to a center part of the cover; a surface bending press device(81) for forming a bending part so that both sides of the cover are perpendicularly bent; and a cover discharge device(91) for discharging the cover.
