Provided are gopchang(small intestines of cattle) using garlic which is free from bloody smell, is improved in taste and is enhanced in the convenience of cooking, and a method for preparing the gopchang using garlic. The gopchang(small intestines of cattle) using garlic comprises a filling which is prepared by mixing polished garlic, chopped Korean leek and glutinous rice powder; and gopchang where the filling is charged. Preferably the chopped Korean leek has a size of 1-2 mm; and the glutinous rice powder has a particle size of 10-50 mesh. The gopchang is roasted two times, and the roasted gopchang is stored at a temperature of 0-10 deg.C for 1-3 days. |
