A sprinkler pipe structure for saving an apartment story height and a sleeve used to the same are provided to construct a sprinkler pipe by respective households without heightening a story height of the apartment, and to construct the sprinkler pipe not to be exposed to the outside without a separate ceiling construction process. The sprinkler pipe structure includes: a fire-fighting water supply pipe sleeve vertically installed on one side of a ceiling slab(11); a sprinkler head sleeve(40) vertically installed on the ceiling slab of a position that a sprinkler head(8) is installed; a main pipe constructed from a ceiling of downstairs to an insulator(12) section of a floor-heating layer on the slab of upstairs through the fire-fighting water supply pipe sleeve; a branch pipe(3) constructed from the main pipe to an upper part of the respective sprinkler head positions; a head vertical pipe(6) constructed from the end of the branch pipe to a vicinity of an integral slab and ceiling(13) of downstairs by penetrating the sprinkler head sleeve; and the sprinkler head.
