PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user unaccustomed to a modeling tool or model description language from creating an inappropriate model. SOLUTION: This interactive model editing device has a skill level storage part 4 in which skill levels of every user are stored, a command execution condition storage part 51 in which correspondence relation between a command and a command execution condition indicating a skill level at which the command can be executed is stored, a command execution control part 5 which acquires the skill level of the user who inputs the command from the skill level storage part 4 when the command is inputted, acquires the command execution condition corresponding to the inputted command from the command execution condition storage part 51 and determines whether or not the user can execute the command by comparing the acquired skill level of the user with the command execution condition and a command execution part 6 which executes only the command decided as executable by the command execution control part 5 to create the model.
