PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet ray-curable resin composition which has excellent curability and can form cured products having excellent solvent resistance and flexibility. SOLUTION: This ultraviolet ray-curable resin composition is characterized by comprising (A) a urethane prepolymer having at least one alicyclic epoxy group, (B) an oxetane compound having two or more oxetane ring structures, and (C) a cation photopolymerization initiator.
