PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal label in which it is easily checked whether an item is opened or not, and which is easily manufactured.

SOLUTION: A protection film 3 is stacked on a surface of a brittle film 2 in which a sticking adhesive layer 21 for sticking is provided on a rear face via a middle adhesive layer 5. The middle adhesive layer 5 includes; a strong adhesion region 51 for strongly sticking the protection film 3 to the brittle film 2; and a weak adhesion region 52 for weakly sticking or not sticking the protection film 3 to the brittle film 2 than in the strong adhesion region 51.
