PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug composition having new inhibitory effects on intracellular parasitic microorganisms.

SOLUTION: The drug composition is characterized as having the inhibitory effects on proliferation and re-infection of the intracellular parasitic microorganisms, especially bacteria of the genus Chlamydia. The drug composition comprises staurosporine as an active ingredient.
