<p>A cell pack (1) reads out an identifier or operation state detection information from identifier recording means (4) or cell operation state detection means (10) and inputs it into a modulation circuit (5). The modulation circuit (5) modulates the information into a information signal which can be superposed on a DC power transmission path and transmits it from a positive electrode charge/discharge terminal (11) to a charge device (20) or a load device (30). The charge device (20) or the load device (30) demodulates the information signal received and acquires an identifier or operation state detection information to control a charge power output from a charge power source (23) or a discharge power output to a load (33) by power control means (25, 35). Thus, it is possible to transmit DC power and transmit information only by two-terminal connection of the positive electrode and the negative electrode.</p> |
