PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immune conjugate of a new fused protein for delivering a ligand having bioactivity to a specific target cell or tissue that can be used for, for example, treating tumors. SOLUTION: The fused protein, to which the present invention relates, comprises a monoclonal antibody or its fragment that recognizes a tumor-related target element, preferably a molecule preferentially expressed on human tumor cells such as a human epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), and a ligand having bioactivity such as a growth and/or differentiation factor.
