PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof weir usable regardless of the height of a closed conduit, and easily coping even with an emergency, without requiring to perform operation by entering the inside of the closed conduit. SOLUTION: This roof weir 10 is raised up and brought down in response to a water level in the closed conduit 1, and has a bag-shaped member 11 installed on a bottom surface 3a of a branch water passage 3, damming up a water flow of the branch water passage 3 by inflating by supply of air and releasing damming-up of the water flow in the branch water passage 3 by deflating by exhaust of the air, an air supply means 20 for supplying the air to the bag-shaped member 11, a stopping means for stopping air exhaust of the bag-shaped member 11 to be maintained in a state of inflating the bag-shaped member 11, and an air exhaust means 40 for exhausting the air from the bag-shaped member 11 by automatically releasing stopping of the air exhaust by the stopping means when the water level reaches the predetermined height.
