PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically detect that a resident goes out or comes back and turns on or turn off a guarding function to further improve the operability of an locking system. SOLUTION: This is a locking system in which an indoor and outdoor antennas 111 and 112 are provided inside and outside a room which is a management space, respectively, and a first and second keys 121 and 122 are also provided, which can communicate with the indoor and outdoor antennas 111 and 112. Owner information is held by the first and second keys 121 and 122, and accordingly who goes out or comes back is automatically detected to make setting of a reporting means possible.
